Abstract

National Public Procurement Agency (NPPA) has used the E-Office application as a system for all employees, both ASN and Non-ASN, to carry out work activities which include personnel data, attendance, correspondence and other administrative components. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the risks contained in the LKPP E-Office application. The methodology used in the research is a qualitative method using the ISO 31000: 2018 reference with data derived from internal sources. The expected results of this research will help stakeholders to determine policies related to E-Office application more accurately and precisely. Keywords: NPPA, Government Procurement, E-Office, Risk, ISO 31000:2018 Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP) telah menggunakan aplikasi E-Office sebagai sebuah sistem untuk seluruh pegawai baik Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan Non-ASN melaksanakan kegiatan pekerjaan yang didalamnya terdapat data kepegawaian, absensi, persuratan serta komponen administrasi lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa risiko yang terdapat dalam aplikasi E-Office LKPP. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan acuan ISO 31000:2018 dengan data yang berasal dari sumber internal LKPP. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini akan membantu pemangku kepentingan untuk menentukan kebijakan yang berhubungan dengan aplikasi E-Office LKPP dengan lebih akurat dan tepat.
