Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya Pengaruh Persepsi tentang UTBK pada Tingkat Stres Akademik pada Siswa SMAN 37 Jakarta Selatan. Stres akademik adalah suatu bentuk persepsi terhadap stressor akademik dan bentuk reaksi yang terdiri dari fisik, emosi, perilaku dan kognitif terhadap stressor tersebut (Gadzella, 1994). Sedangkan Persepsi adalah proses individu menginterpretasikan kesan-kesan indrawinya untuk memberi makna atau arti pada kesan yang didapat dari lingkungannya (Stephen P. Robbins (2005) dalam Simbolon, 2008). Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 240 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dari SMAN 37 Jakarta Selatan. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara Persepsi tentang UTBK terhadap Stres Akademik pada Siswa SMAN 37 Jakarta Selatan (Sig. 0,031 (p<0,05)). This research aims to see the influence of perceptions about UTBK on academic stress among students at SMAN 37 South Jakarta. Academic stress is a form of perception towards academic stressors and a form of reaction consisting of physical, emotional, behavioral and cognitive towards these stressors (Gadzella, 1994). Meanwhile, perception is the process of individuals interpreting their sensory impressions to give meaning or meaning to the impressions they get from their environment (Stephen P. Robbins (2005) in Simbolon, 2008). The sample in this study amounted to 240 students. Sampling used saturated samples from SMAN 37 South Jakarta. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression. The results of the research show that there is an influence between Perceptions about UTBK on Academic Stress among Students at SMAN 37 South Jakarta (Sig. 0.031 (p<0.05)).
