Abstract
The use of motion graphic media these days thirve, especially in various aspect of the sale in order to convey information to the public. The author has not seen any manufacture of motion graphic that introduces the Faculty of Design and Creative Arts Mercu Buana University Jakarta. The purpose of the making of this motion graphic are: “Motion Graphic Design and Creative Arts Faculty of Mercu Buana University, next to its purpose: (1) To introducing the Faculty of Design and Creative Arts Mercu Buana University. (2) Obtaining the work of making motion graphic Faculty of Design and Creative Arts Mercu Buana University, so it can be used as a portfolio for the writers. (3) To determine what needs to be done both theoretically and practically in making motion graphic Faculty of Design and Creative Arts Mercu Buana University. Motion Graphic Design and Creative Arts Faculty of Mercu Buana University, in particular, can be a faculty identification that shows the diversity of majors Faculty of Design and Creative Arts to introduce the people of Jakarta and the Faculty of Design and Creative Arts to the Indonesian people in general.Penggunaan media motion graphic belakangan ini berkembang pesat terutama dalam berbagai aspek promosi guna menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat.Penulis belum melihat adanya pembuatan motion graphic yang memperkenalkan Fakultas Desain dan Seni Kreatif Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta. Maksud dari pembuatan motion graphic ini adalah: “Motion Graphic Fakultas Desain dan Seni Kreatif Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta”, selanjutnya untuk tujuannya: (1) Memperkenalkan Fakultas Desain dan Seni Kreatif Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta. (2) Memperoleh hasil karya pembuatan motion graphic Fakultas Desain dan Seni Kreatif Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta, sehingga dapat dijadikan portofolio bagi penulis. (3) Mengetahui apa saja yang perlu dilakukan baik secara teoritis maupun praktis dalam membuat motion graphic Fakultas Desain dan Seni Kreatif Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta. Motion Graphic Fakultas Desain dan Seni Kreatif Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta ini, pada khususnya, dapat menjadi identifikasi fakultas yang menunjukan keberagaman jurusan Fakultas Desain dan Seni Kreatif Universitas Mercu Buana kepada masyarakat Jakarta dan memperkenalkan Fakultas Desain dan Seni Kreatif Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta kepada masyarakat Indonesia pada umumnya
