Abstract
Perbedaan pemahaman dan pengetahuan antara teori pada mata kuliah yang selama ini didapatkan di bangku perkuliahan dengan praktek di lapangan atau dunia kerja profesional merupakan permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada lulusan Jurusan Arsitektur. Dalam hal ini, obyek proyek pembangunan praktik profesi adalah proyek pembangunan apartement Bintaro Icon yang beralamat di Jl. Jombang Raya No. 26, Pondok Aren – Tangerang Selatan Dengan PT. PP (Persero) Tbk sebagai kontraktor. Adapun pekerjaan yang dilakukan praktikan dalam praktik profesi yaitu pengamatan pekerjaan finishing Arsitektur, mulai dari pekerjaan finishing dinding, finishing lantai, finishing plafon, pekerjaan pemasangan pintu, jendela dan pemasangan railing balkon. Dengan mengikuti praktik profesi yang di jalankan pada proyek pembangunan Apartemen Bintaro Icon diharapkan mahasiswa dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu yang telah didapatkan di lapangan.Differences in understanding and knowledge between theories on courses that have been obtained in the lecture bench with practice in the field or professional work is a problem that often occurs in the graduates of the Department of Architecture. In this case, the object of the professional development project is the Bintaro Icon apartment construction project located at Jl. Jombang Raya No. 26, Pondok Aren - South Tangerang With PT. PP (Persero) Tbk as a contractor. The work done praktikan in professional practice is the observation of finishing work Architecture, ranging from wall finishing work, floor finishing, ceiling finishing, door installation work, windows and installation of balcony railing. By following the practice of the profession that runs on the development project Bintaro Icon Apartment is expected students can apply the knowledge that has been obtained in the field.
