Abstract

Indonesia represents an archipelagic country which has 269.6 million fewer people spread across the country, and for the poverty rate according to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) the percentage of poverty hit Indonesia is 9.22% (September 2019 data). [1] There are still many people out there who might not know about the deficiencies, the amount of crime is increasing and for children who are more than willing to work to help their parents make a living. Nagariku as a community engaged in social sector for fundraising where the target is orphans and poor people have problems in the process of donations and data collection of donations that are ineffective and inefficient in terms of choice and energy, as well as information on assistance for orphans and poor people who actually have not broad enough. The purpose of this research is to produce a management information system that can be used by the Nagariku community so that the process of donation, data collection and information dissemination is delivered, more effective and efficient in terms of time and energy. This research uses the Rapid Application Development system development. The results of this study are a donation management information system that helps the Nagariku community to make the donation, data collection and information dissemination process transparent, more effective and efficient in terms of time and energy. Keywords: Rapid Application Development, Fishbone, Poverty, Donations, Orphans, Dhuafa, Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang memiliki kurang lebih 269,6 juta jiwa yang tersebar diseluruh negri, dan untuk angka kemiskinan menurut Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) persentase tingkat kemiskinan yang melanda Indoneia sebesar 9,22% (Data bulan September 2019).[1] Masih banyak orang-orang diluar sana yang mungkin tidak sadari sangatlah menderita karena keadaan yang serba kekurangan, yang mengakibatkan jumlah kriminalitas bertambah dan untuk anak-anak dibawah umur rela berkerja demi membantu orang tuanya untuk mencari nafkah. Nagariku sebagai komunitas yang bergerak di bidang sosial untuk penggalangan dana yang dimana targetnya adalah yatim piatu dan dhuafa memiliki masalah dalam proses donasi dan pendataan donasi yang tidak efektif dan efisien dari segi waktu dan tenaga, serta juga penyebaran informasi donasi kepada yatim piatu dan dhuafa yang masih belum cukup luas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem informasi manajemen donasi yang dapat digunakan oleh komunitas Nagariku agar proses donasi, pendataan dan penyebaran informasi di sampaikan secara transparan, lebih efektif dan efisien dari segi waktu dan tenaga. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan pengembangan sistem Rapid Application Development. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi manajemen donasi yang membantu komunitas Nagariku agar proses donasi, pendataan dan penyebaran informasi di sampaikan secara transparan, lebih efektif dan efisien dari segi waktu dan tenaga.
