Abstract

The existence of the Internet, has an impact on the development of marketing to a different level, marketing can be done using the internet, both websites, and social media, known as Digital Marketing. PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka is an ICT solution company engaged in the telecommunications sector and provides integrated information technology services such as Managed Services, Software Development, and System Integration. Product development continues to be carried out to expand its business in the global market. Currently, during the pandemic, the marketing process is experiencing problems in selling products, one of which is Cloud products. Fishbone Analysis Method, Waterfall method, and CodeIgniter Framework are used to analyze and develop the system. The system that has been created makes it easier for the public to find out which products they have with the product catalog feature as well as meeting features, revenue statistics, and export reports to help increase sales of Cloud products by conducting online meetings during the pandemic. Key words: Cloud Product, Framework CodeIgniter, Marketing Digital, PHP Keberadaan Internet, berdampak pada perkembangan pemasaran menuju tingkat yang berbeda, pemasaran dapat dilakukan menggunakan internet baik website, dan social media yang dikenal dengan Digital Marketing. PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka merupakan perusahaan solusi ICT yang bergerak di bidang Telekomunikasi dan menyediakan layanan teknologi informasi terpadu seperti, Managed Services, Pengembangan perangkat lunak, dan System Integration. Pengembangan produk terus dilakukan untuk memperluas bisnisnya di pasar global. Saat ini dalam masa pandemi proses marketing mengalami kendala dalam penjualan produk salah satunya produk Cloud. Metode Analisa Fishbone, metode Waterfall, dan Framework CodeIgniter digunakan untuk menganalisa dan mengembangkan sistem. Sistem yang telah dibuat memudahkan masyarakat untuk mengetahui produk yang dimiliki dengan adanya fitur katalog produk serta fitur meeting, statistik revenue, dan export laporan membantu dalam menunjang peningkatan penjualan produk Cloud dengan melakukan kegiatan meeting secara online dimasa pandemi.
