Abstract
The implementation of Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) in the Jakarta area is a strategic step in an effort to overcome traffic congestion problems and improve the efficiency of urban transportation systems. This material discusses the analysis of ERP implementation planning, focusing on the Jl. Sisingamangaraja area. Research methods involve literature study, traffic performance analysis, as well as prediction of road user movement. This research describes the analysis of existing traffic performance which will use the traffic counting method, prediction of traffic performance with project and the probability of road user movement in ERP implementation planning which will be carried out by processing data with the binary logit regression analysis method. The results showed that the implementation of ERP can reduce traffic volume on Jl. Sisingamangaraja and create a lower saturation value. However, it must be a concern for the government to continue to supervise the condition and capacity of public transportation so that there is no buildup and be aware of a number of alternative road points. Keywords: ERP, traffic performance, displacement probability, binary logit regression Penerapan Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) di wilayah Jakarta merupakan langkah strategis dalam upaya mengatasi masalah kemacetan lalu lintas dan meningkatkan efisiensi sistem transportasi perkotaan. Materi ini membahas analisis perencanaan penerapan ERP, dengan fokus pada wilayah Jl. Sisingamangaraja. Metode penelitian melibatkan studi literatur, analisis kinerja lalu lintas, serta prediksi perpindahan pengguna jalan. Penelitian ini menguraikan analisa kinerja lalu lintas eksisting yang mana akan menggunakan metode traffic counting, prediksi kinerja lalu lintas with project serta probabilitas perpindahan pengguna jalan pada perencanaan pemberlakuan ERP yang akan dilakukan dengan pengolahan data dengan metode analisis regresi logit biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ERP dapat menurunkan volume lalu lintas pada Jl. Sisingamangaraja dan menciptakan nilai derajat kejenuhan yang lebih rendah. Namun harus menjadi perhatian bagi pemerintah untuk tetap melakukan pengawasan terkait kondisi dan kapasitas transportasi umum agar tidak terjadi penumpukan serta mewaspadai sejumlah titik jalan alternatif.
