Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of educational facility programs, work commitment and employee work behavior on the career development of Jatiasih Police members. The population in this study amounted to 78 members. Sampling using Purposive Sampling obtained 41 respondents with certain considerations. Data Analysis Method uses Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results show that educational facilities have a positive and significant effect on career development, work commitment has a positive and significant effect on career development, work behavior has a positive and significant effect on career development. Keywords: Educational Facilities, Work Commitment, Work Behavior, Career Development. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Program Fasilitas Pendidikan, Komitmen Kerja dan Perilaku Kerja Karyawan Terhadap Pengembangan Karir Anggota Polsek Jatiasih. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 78 Anggota. Pengambilan Sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling yang didapat sebanyak 41 responden dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Metode Analisis Data menggunakan Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Fasilitas Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir, Komitmen Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir, Perilaku Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir Kata Kunci : Fasilitas Pendidikan, Komitmen Kerja, Perilaku Kerja, Pengembangan Karir
