Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, stress kerja dan reward terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Setiakawan Berkah Lestari dengan populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 135 karyawan dan sampel yang di gunakan sebanyak 101 karyawan pada PT.Setiakawan Berkah Lestari. Pendekatan penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data ialah metode observasi, wawancara dan kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling) yang dimana pengelolaan datanya menggunakan program Smart-PLS 3.0. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa beban kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work stress and reward on employee performance. The object in this study is employees of PT. Setiakawan Berkah Lestari with a population of 135 employees and a sample of 101 employees at PT. Setiakawan Berkah Lestari. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach that is descriptive. Data collection methods are observation, interview and questionnaire methods. The data analysis method uses PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling) where the data management uses the Smart-PLS 3.0 program. This research proves that workload has a negative and significant influence on employee performance, work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, reward has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
