Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial performance consisting of liquidity, solvency and profitability on the value of companies. The object of this research is issuers in the basic industry and chemical sub-sectors in 2019 - 2022. The population in this study was 69. The sample size was determined using a purposive sampling approach so that 29 companies were obtained as the companies studied. The analysis technique used is panel data regression using three alternative method approaches, namely common effect, fixed effect and random effect. Then using the chow test, Hausman test and Lagrange Multiplier model selection as well as testing using the t-statistical test with the Eviews 9 statistical application. The results of the research using the panel data regression test and t-statistical test were obtained: CR has no significant effect on company value (PBV) , DER has a significant positive effect on company value (PBV) and ROE has a significant negative effect on company value (PBV). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan yang terdiri dari likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan – perusahaan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Emiten sub sektor industri dasar dan kimia tahun 2019 – 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 69. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 29 perusahaan sebagai perusahaan yang diteliti. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan menggunakan tiga pendekatan metode alternatif yaitu common effect, fixed effect dan random effect. Kemudian menggunakan pemilihan model chow test, hausman test dan Lagrange Multiplier serta pengujian menggunakan uji t-statistik dengan aplikasi statistik Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji regresi data panel dan uji t-statistik diperoleh: CR berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), DER berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) dan ROE bepengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV).
