Abstract
The Shanghai facade project at Mega Kuningan Commercial Building - PIK2 District 15 experienced a delay of -14.69% due to problems with structural work which had an impact on subsequent work. This research discusses the analysis of the application of the Fast Track method to speed up the duration of work. The data analysis method used is quantitative data analysis, with the help of Microsoft Project software to compile work networks and dependencies between work items. Before the Fast Track method was implemented, the time needed to complete the remaining work was 119 days. Because the remaining time is 28 days, a Fast Track method is applied so that the remaining work can be completed on time. However, this has an impact on increasing the number of workers needed so that the weight of work each week can increase and several jobs can be carried out in parallel. This additional workforce requires additional costs of IDR 194.846.036,00. Keywords : Time, Fast Track, Cost, Microsoft Project. Proyek fasad Shanghai di Rukan Mega Kuningan - PIK2 District 15 mengalami keterlambatan -14,69% akibat terjadinya kendala padda pekerjaan struktur sehingga berdampak pada pekerjaan berikutnya. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas mengenai analisis penerapan metode Fast Track untuk mempercepat durasi pekerjaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif, dengan bantuan software Microsoft Project untuk menyusun jaringan kerja dan ketergantungan antar item pekerjaan. Sebelum diterapkan metode Fast Track, waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan sisa adalah selama 119 hari. Karena waktu yang tersisa adalah 28 hari maka diterapkan metode Fast Track agar pekerjaan sisa dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu. Namun, hal itu berdampak pada bertambahnya jumlah tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan agar bobot pekerjaan setiap minggunya dapat meningkat dan beberapa pekerjaan dapat dilakukan secara paralel. Penambahan tenaga kerja ini membutuhkan biaya tambahan sebesar Rp194.846.036,00. Kata Kunci : Waktu, Fast Track, Biaya, Microsoft Project.
