Abstract
Product design plays an important role in shaping product trust and influencing consumer interest in purchasing it. In the context of online motorcycle taxi pick-up and delivery services, beverage delivery boxes are an important element to maintain the quality of beverages during the delivery process. This design aims to create a beverage delivery box that suits the needs of online motorcycle taxi services, with a focus on protecting drinks from spills and temperature changes, as well as efficient use of space in the box. Research methods include literature analysis to understand consumer needs and surveys and interviews to identify challenges faced by online motorcycle taxi drivers in delivering beverages. The analysis results show that the main challenges are the risk of spillage, temperature changes, and limited storage space. Based on these results, the design objectives include a delivery box that is sturdy, able to maintain temperature, and efficient in the use of space for beverage pickup and delivery. Keywords: delivery box, beverage, online motorcycle taxi, pickup, delivery Desain produk memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kepercayaan produk dan memengaruhi minat konsumen untuk membelinya. Dalam konteks layanan pengambilan dan pengantaran oleh ojek online, delivery box minuman menjadi elemen penting untuk menjaga kualitas minuman selama proses pengiriman. Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan delivery box minuman yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan layanan ojek online, dengan fokus pada perlindungan minuman dari tumpahan dan perubahan suhu, serta efisiensi penggunaan ruang dalam box tersebut. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis literatur untuk memahami kebutuhan konsumen dan survei dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pengemudi ojek online dalam mengantarkan minuman. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama adalah risiko tumpahan, perubahan suhu, dan keterbatasan ruang penyimpanan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, tujuan perancangan mencakup delivery box yang kokoh, mampu menjaga suhu, dan efisien dalam penggunaan ruang untuk pengambilan dan pengantaran minuman.
