Abstract

PT.Net Mediatama Televisi (NET.TV) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang media televisi yang baru 4 tahun berdiri dengan persaingan konten informasi berbeda. Untuk mencapai titik keberhasilan harus mengedepankan kualitas konsep tayangan maupun kinerja karyawan dengan cara memonitoring setiap hari-nya. Dibalik konten informasi harus dilakukan proses video editing yang berperan penting untuk mendukung konten informasi secara menarik dan bercerita melalui kinerja video editor. Tahap laporan kinerja video editor setiap harinya hanya di entry oleh video editor berupa daily activity, tidak menghasilkan laporan kinerja video editor dengan sistem 2 report, bertujuan memvalidasi informasi obyektif serta memberikan parameter kinerja video editor, dengan sistem daily rekomendasi dari entry tim produksi yang memberikan laporan kinerja video editor dan menghasilkan 2 laporan untuk mempermudah proses monitoring yang di review supervisor dan section head. Dalam merancang sistem informaasi ini penulis menggunakan metodologi waterfall aplikasi berbasis web dan analisis piesces dengan tools UML yang digunakan yaitu use case, activity,class diagram dan sequence diagram. Dari penelitian ini kami mengusulkan untuk membuat sistem informasi monitoring kinerja video editor berbasis web yang dilengkapi rekap serta cetak sesuai tanggal ditentukan dan dipergunakan untuk penilaian.
