Abstract

Struktur modal adalah proporsi penggunaan hutang dan modal. Dalam menentukan struktur modal optimal harus mempertimbangkan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji faktorfaktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi struktur modal. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisi regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di index LQ 45 tahun 2012- 2014. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sample penelitian sebanyak 69 perusahaan dengan variabel independen: Ukuran Perusahaan, Aset tidak berwujud, Risiko Usaha, Profitabilitas, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Likuiditas dan variabel dependen: Struktur Modal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Ukuran Perusahaan dan Likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, sedangkan Aset Tidak Berwujud, Risiko Usaha, Profitabilitas dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal. Secara simultan Ukuran Perusahaan, Aset tidak berwujud, Risiko Usaha, Profitabilitas, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal.The capital structure is the proportion of debt and capital use. In determining the optimal capital structure should consider what factors affect. The purpose of this study is to examine what factors affect the capital structure. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. This research uses causal method. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed in the LQ 45 index year 2012-2014. Intake of data using purposive sampling method. Total sample of research are 69 companies with independent variables: Company Size, Intangible Assets, Business Risk, Profitability, Corporate Growth, Liquidity and dependent variable: Capital Structure. The result of the research shows that firm size and liquidity variables affect the capital structure, while Intangible Assets, Business Risk, Profitability and Corporate Growth have no effect on Capital Structure. Simultaneously Company Size, Intangible Assets, Business Risk, Profitability, Corporate Growth, Liquidity Influence on Capital Structure.
