Abstract

PT. Karir Mandiri Sejahtera (KMS) adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang SDM, sebagai perusahaan SDM yang berkembang membutuhkan suatu performance indicator untuk mengahasilkan dan mengukur kualitas sumber daya manusia yang bagus. Kunci keberhasilan dalam organisasi berasal dari kualitas kinerja karyawan di perusahaan. Kegiatan penilaian performa karyawan terdapat kendala yaitu proses penilaian yang membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena masih manual. Oleh karena itu di perlukan Sistem key performance indicator karyawan dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan tujuan untuk menyediakan Sistem KPI yang efektif dan efesiensi, menyediakan data KPI yang valid untuk membantu proses penilaian kinerja karyawan dalam evaluasi kemajuan perusahaan dan tujuan menggunakan metode AHP hasil penilaian akan menjadi akurat untuk proses tahap mengukur performa karyawan. Sistem KPI ini menggunakan bahasa pemograman java web, hasil yang didapatkan untuk perusahaan yaitu sistem yang membantu proses pengolahan KPI sesuai kebutuhan utama dan mengetahui hasil akhir penilaian untuk menentukan karyawan yang berhak mendapatkan reward.PT Mandiri Sejahtera Career (KMS) is a company engaged in HUMAN RESOURCES, developing human resources as a company in need of a performance indicator for mengahasilkan and measuring the quality of human resources. The key to success in the organization comes from the quality of performance of employees in the company. Employee performance assessment activities there is a constraint i.e. the assessment process that takes a long time because it is still manual. It is therefore in need of system key performance indicator employee by using the method of calculation of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with the purpose to provide a system of effective and efficient use of KPIS, KPI data provides a valid performance assessment process to assist employees in the evaluation of the progress of the company and the purpose of using the method of AHP assessment results will be accurate to the process phase measuring the performance of employees. This KPI systems using the java programming language of the web, the results obtained for the company that is the system that helps the process of processing the KPIS according to needs and know the final results of the assessment to determine which employees are entitled to a reward.
