Abstract

The development of the world of construction development in the current era is increasingly rapid. Construction service providers are required to work more effectively and efficiently. One of them is to use Building Information Modeling (BIM) to help the design process and efficient results. In the project, to prepare a Cost Budget Plan (RAB), it is necessary to calculate the volume of work. If there is a volume calculation error, it can cause a large loss. To minimize these errors, this research uses conventional methods based on AutoCad shop drawings assisted by Microsoft Excel and the Building Information Modeling (BIM) Autodesk Revit method to compare the results of concrete and iron volumes in the Underpass Structure Work of the Serang Panimbang Toll Road Project, Section 3. This study aims to determine how much influence the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) has on the accuracy of project planning work compared to conventional methods on the Serang Panimbang Toll Road Project, Section 3. The results of the analysis with the BIM method can increase the accuracy of volume calculations by Rp 3,621,608.39 (0.15%). Untuk meminimalisir kesalaan tersebut, pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode konvensional yang berdasar pada shop drawing AutoCad dibantu dengan Microsoft Excel dan metode Building Information Modeling (BIM) Autodesk Revit untuk membandingkan hasil volume beton dan besi pada Pekerjaan Struktur Underpass Proyek Jalan Tol Serang Panimbang, Seksi 3 Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan Building Information Modeling (BIM) terhadap keakuratan pekerjaan perencanaan proyek dibandingkan metode Konvensional pada Proyek Jalan Tol Serang Panimbang, Seksi 3 Hasil analisis dengan metode BIM dapat meningkatkan akurasi perhitungan volume sebesar Rp 3,621,608.39 (0.15%).
