Abstract

In achieving success on a project, good management is required, namely the existence of a control function that can influence the final results of a project and can minimize deviations that occur during the project. At present, construction development is developing increasingly rapidly, accompanied by a diversity of applications and methods used which influence the time and cost of project completion. The Banten Health Polytechnic Dormitory Building Construction Project experienced delays with deviations of up to minus 5.67%. The aim of this research is to determine the application of the methodearned valueusing the application Microsoft Project 2016, to find out the level of performance as well as estimated costs and completion time for the Banten Ministry of Health Polytechnic Dormitory Building Construction Project. Method Earned Valueis a project cost and time control method that is able to show project performance and estimated costs and time at the end of the work. From the results of the analysis based on the 19th week of research monitoring, project performance in terms of time and cost increased after implementing the earned value method using the Microsoft Project 2016 application. This is proven by the positive SV value and SPI value > 1, which means the project is faster than the planned schedule. Meanwhile, the CV value is positive and the CPI value is > 1, which means that the costs incurred are smaller than planned. It is estimated that the total time for completion of work progress is 159 days or the project is 2 days faster than the project addendum plan schedule, namely 161 days, with the estimated total cost required to complete the work being IDR 4,990,467,026.27, so the estimated cost of completing the project is smaller from the budget value that has been added Keywords: Cost and Time Control,Earned Value Analysis, Microsoft Project 2016 Dalam mencapai keberhasilan pada sebuah proyek, diperlukan adanya manajemen yang baik yaitu dengan adanya fungsi pengendalian yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil akhir suatu proyek serta dapat meminimalisasi penyimpangan yang terjadi selama proyek berlangsung. Pada saat sekarang ini Pembangunan konstruksi berkembang semakin cepat yang diiringi dengan keberagaman aplikasi dan metode yang digunakan yang berpengaruh pada waktu dan biaya penyelesaiian proyek. Pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Asrama Poltekes Banten mengalami keterlambatan dengan deviasi hingga minus 5.67%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan metode earned value menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Project 2016, mengetahui tingkat kinerja serta perkiraan biaya dan waktu penyelesaian pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Asrama Poltekkes Kemenkes Banten. Metode Earned Value adalah metode pengendalian biaya dan waktu proyek yang mampu menunjukkan kinerja proyek dan estimasi biaya dan waktu pada akhir pekerjaan. Dari hasil analisis berdasarkan monitoring penelitian minggu ke-19, kinerja proyek dari segi waktu dan biaya meningkat setelah penerapan metode earned value mengunakan aplikasi microsoft project 2016. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai SV positif dan nilai SPI > 1 yang berarti proyek lebih cepat dari jadwal rencana. Sedangkan nilai CV positif dan nilai CPI > 1 yang berarti bahwa biaya yang dikeluarkan lebih kecil dari yang direncanakan. Diperkirakan total waktu penyelesaian progress pekerjaan yaitu selama 159 hari atau proyek lebih cepat 2 hari dari jadwal rencana addendum proyek yaitu 161 hari, dengan perkiraan biaya total yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan yaitu Rp 4,990,467,026.27, maka perkiraan biaya penyelesaiaan proyek lebih kecil dari nilai anggaran yang sudah di addendum.
