Abstract
PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) plays a vital role in managing the national railway network in Indonesia. In order to enhance the competence of its workers, KAI has established six Education and Training Centers (Pusdiklat), including the Ir. H. Djuanda and BP-STL Training Centers in Bandung. These centers are strategically located and conduct training programs aimed at improving technical knowledge, skills, and safety awareness. Moreover, Bandung, with its historical significance and tropical architecture, is a focal point in the planning of the MICE KAI Corporate University Laswi, which integrates the concept of biophilic architecture to create sustainable built environments connected with nature. Keywords : MICE KAI Corporate University Laswi , KAI , Biophilic PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) berperan penting dalam mengelola jaringan kereta api nasional Indonesia. Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para pekerjanya, KAI mendirikan enam Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Pusdiklat), termasuk Pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda dan BP-STL di Bandung. Pusat-pusat ini berlokasi strategis dan menyelenggarakan program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan teknis, keterampilan, dan kesadaran keselamatan. Selain itu, Bandung sebagai kota bersejarah dengan arsitektur tropisnya, menjadi pusat perhatian dalam perencanaan MICE KAI Corporate University Laswi yang mengintegrasikan konsep arsitektur biophilic untuk menciptakan lingkungan binaan yang berkelanjutan dan terhubung dengan alam.
