Abstract
In the history of Islam, there are some inspiring characters, Muslim children in Indonesia should be introduced to inspiring figures of Islamic history such as khulafaur rasyidin, children tend to admire superhero characters in characters of books, games, either cartoons or live action whose stories are fictional, because the identification of inspiring personalities of Islam's history is still less much done. It is important to introduce and cultivate a sense of childhood to the inspiring figures of Islamic history. This storybook contains illustrations of the stories of Khulafaur Rasyidin of Abu Bakar ash-Shiddiq, Umar bin Khattab, Utsman bin Affan and Ali bin Abi Thalib. In addition to illustrations, the book also comes with an interactive lift the flap feature, to help children cope with boredom and saturation while reading. The stories presented may still be foreign to Muslim children in Indonesia. It is hoped that with this illustrated storybook, children will be able to recognize and admire the inspiring figures of Islamic history especially Khulafaur Rasyidin, and can be an example for Muslim children in Indonesia. Keywords: story book, khulafaur rasyidin, inspiring figures, lift the flap, illustration Dalam sejarah islam, terdapat beberapa tokoh yang menginspirasi, Anak-anak muslim di Indonesia hendaknya dikenalkan pada tokoh inspiratif dari sejarah islam seperti khulafaur rasyidin, anak-anak cenderung mengagumi tokoh super hero dalam karakter buku, game, film baik kartun ataupun live action yang kisahnya khayalan, karena pengenalan tokoh inspiratif dari sejarah islam masih kurang banyak dilakukan. Penting mengenalkan dan menumbuhkan rasa suka anak pada tokoh inspiratif dari sejarah islam. Buku cerita ini berisi ilustrasi tentang kisah khulafaur rasyidin mereka adalah Abu Bakar ash-Shiddiq, Umar bin Khattab, Utsman bin Affan dan Ali bin Abi Thalib. Selain ilustrasi buku ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur interaktif lift the flap, untuk membantu anak mengatasi rasa bosan dan jenuh saat membaca buku. Kisah yang disajikan mungkin masih asing bagi anakanak muslim di indonesia. Diharapkan dengan adanya buku cerita ilustrasi ini, anak-anak bisa mengenal dan menggemari tokoh-tokoh inspiratif dari sejarah islam terutama khulafaur rasyidin, dan bisa menjadi teladan bagi anak-anak muslim di indonesia.
