Abstract

Pembangunan pada bidang kesehatan merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam pembangunan kesejahteraan bangsa. Setiap individu wajib untuk menjaga kesehatan fisik maupun rohaninya, sedangkan peran pemerintah adalah dalam memastikan ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan bagi warganya. Dalam pemenuhan ketersediaan fasilitas kesehatan ini, pemerintah bekerja sama dengan pihak swasta untuk ikut terlibat dalam penyediaan fasilitas ini. Tahun 2003 dengan diberlakukannya Undang-Undang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, maka semua pendidikan profesi harus diselenggarakan oleh institusi pendidikan. Pada tahun 2006, Konsil Kedokteran Indonesia telah mengesahkan Standar Pendidikan Profesi Dokter dan Standar Pendidikan Profesi Dokter Spesialis serta Standar Kompetensi Dokter. Dalam Standar tersebut dikatakan bahwa Institusi Pendidikan Kedokteran harus menjamin tersedianya fasilitas pendidikan klinik bagi mahasiswa yang terdiri dari Rumah Sakit Pendidikan dan sarana kesehatan lain yang diperlukan. Apakah jumlah Rumah Sakit Pendidikan sudah sesuai dengan jumlah fakultas kedokteran di Indonesia? Apakah rumah sakit tersebut sudah sesuai dengan standar bangunan hijau?Development in health sector is one of the important sectors in the development of the nation's welfare. Each individual is required to maintain physical and spiritual health, while the role of government is to ensure the availability of health care facilities for its citizens. In fulfilling the availability of these health facilities, the government is working with private parties to be involved in the provision of this facility. In 2003 with the enactment of the National Education System Act, all professional education must be held by educational institutions. In 2006, the Indonesian Medical Council has authorized the Standard of Doctoral Profession Education and Standards for Specialist Doctor Education as well as Standard of Doctor Competency. In the Standards it is said that the Medical Education Institution must ensure the availability of clinical education facilities for students consisting of the Education Hospital and other necessary health facilities. Does the amount of Education Hospitals match with teaching hospital in Indonesia? Does the hospital in compliance with green building?
