Abstract

Rumah sakit adalah salah satu perencanaan bangunan yang tergolong rumit. Bangunan ini berfungsi terus-menerus tanpa henti untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan. Sejatinya bidang kesehatan merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam pembangunan kesejahteraan bangsa. Setiap individu wajib untuk menjaga kesehatan fisik maupun rohaninya. Selain bertugas memberikan layanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat diharapkan juga dapat memberikan calon dokter yang handal diperlukan wadah atau fasilitas untuk menerapkan apa yang dipelajari didalam kelas atau teori, sehingga dibutuhkan fasilitas rumah sakit pendidikan. Karena fungsinya tersebut, rumah sakit tentunya membutuhkan banyak energi untuk mendukung kerjanya. Penggunaan energi yang besar tentunya memiliki dampak tersendiri bagi lingkungan dan juga pada ekonomi. Pada lingkungan, issue pemanasan global yang akhir-akhir ini hangat diperbincangkan adalah dampak dari penggunaan energi yang berlebihan yang mengakibatkan tingginya produksi CO2, dengan Pendekatan Green Building dengan sertifikasi GBCI diharapkan bangunan Rumah sakit ini dapat menjadi bangunan yang ramah lingkungan, salah satu upaya penerapan di bangunan ini ialah Konsep “Open Space” untuk memaksimalkan Energi alami dan meminimalkan energi tak terbarukan.The hospital is one of the planning of the building belongs to the complex. The building functioned continually without ceasing to provide health services. True health is one of the important sectors in the development of the welfare of the nation. Each individual is obliged to keep the spiritual as well as physical health. In addition to serving the health services to the community are expected to also be able to provide a reliable doctor candidate place or facility required to apply what is learned in the classroom or theory, so that the required facilities teaching hospital. Because these functions, the hospital certainly requires a lot of energy to support its work. The use of a large energy certainly has its own impact on the environment and on the economy. On the environment, the issue of global warming that warm lately discussed is the impact of excessive energy use resulting in high production of CO2, with Green Building Approach with GBCI expected certification of the building of the hospital can be an environmentally friendly building, one of the efforts in this building is the application of the concept of "Open Space" to maximize energy and minimize natural energy is not renewable.
