Abstract

Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 93 Tahun 2015, tentang Rumah Sakit Pendidikan menyatakan bahwa Rumah Sakit Pendidikan adalah rumah sakit yang mempunyai fungsi sebagai tempat pendidikan, penelitian, dan pelayanan kesehatan secara terpadu dalam bidang pendidikan kedokteran dan/atau kedokteran gigi, pendidikan berkelanjutan, dan pendidikan kesehatan lainnya secara multiprofesi.Tujuan perancangan ini adalah merancang rumah sakit pendidikan yang fungsional, kokoh, bermanfaat, dan berestetika sesuai dengan kebutuhan/aktivitas dari penghuni (masyarakat umum dan mahasiswa kedokteran) serta ramah lingkungan. Permasalahan utama yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus dalam perancangan rumah sakit pendidikan ini, yaitu aksesibilitas, fleksibilitas, Optimum Reliability dengan memperhatikan durable design details, bangunan yang ramah dengan masyakat, mahasiswa dan juga lingkungan disekitarnya (Green Building and Sustainable). Menurut Kemenkes RI Tahun 2010, Rumah Sakit Umum Kelas B adalah rumah sakit umum yang mempunyai fasilitas dan kemampuan pelayanan medik sekurang-kurangnya 4 (empat) spesialis dasar, 4 (empat) spesialis penunjang medik, 8 (delapan) spesialis lainnya dan 2 (dua) subspesialis dasar serta dapat menjadi RS pendidikan apabila telah memenuhi persyaratan dan standar. Dalam perancangan ini menggunakan beberapa metode, diantaranya: studi literatur atau studi pustaka, studi banding dan bedah karya terkait rumah sakit pendidikan, dan obbservasi ke lokasi site. Tema yang digunakan pada bangunan rumah sakit pendidikan menggunakan tema green building dengan berpatokan pada konsep sustainable architecture. Yang berarti bangunan green architecture tetap bertahan dan berfungsi seiring zaman, konsisten terhadap konsepnya yang menyatu dengan alam tanpa adanya perubahan – perubuhan yang signifikan tanpa merusak alam sekitar.Government Regulation No. 93 of 2015 on Educational Hospital states that the Education Hospital is a hospital that has function as an integrated place of education, research, and health services in the field of medical education and / or dentistry, continuing education and education Etc. The purpose of this design is to design a functional, robust, useful, and beresthetic educational hospital in accordance with the needs / activities of residents (general public and medical students) and environmentally friendly. The main issues that need to get special attention in the design of this educational hospital, namely accessibility, flexibility, Optimum Reliability with respect to durable design details, friendly buildings with the community, students and the surrounding environment (Green Building and Sustainable). According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2010, Class B General Hospital is a general hospital having facilities and medical service capabilities of at least 4 (four) basic specialists, 4 (four) medical support specialists, 8 (eight) other specialists and 2 ) Subspecialist basis and can become an educational hospital if it meets the requirements and standards. In this design using several methods, including: literature study or literature study, comparative study and surgery related work hospital education, and observation to the site site. The theme used in educational hospital buildings using the theme of green building is based on the concept of sustainable architecture. Which means that green architecture buildings survive and function over time, consistent with the concept that integrates with nature without any changes - significant changes without destroying the natural environment
