Abstract

Kesehatan adalah kebutuhan mutlak masyarakat dan setiap warga negara untuk memiliki hak yang sama dalam mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan dan dalam hal Ini adalah harta yang tak ternilai. Seiring dengan bonus demografi dimana tingkat penduduk yang produktif akan tumbuh pesat di rentang tahun 2020-2030. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk mengakibatkan meningkatkan pula jumlah orang yang membutuhkan pelayanan kesehatan.Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut, pihak swasta di libatkan oleh pihak pemerintah untuk turut serta mendirikan rumah sakit sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah No 93 Tahun 2015 dengan mengusung konsep green architecture. Metode yang di gunakan di dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah pengumpulan data primer yaitu: standar rumah sakit type B dan data sekunder berupa arsip literature sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang di lakukan adalah dengan melakukan studi banding rumah sakit sejenis dan studi pustaka tentang rumah sakit type B. Dari perancangan ini mencoba mendapatkan desain gedung yang mampu mewadahi semua kebutuhan rumah sakit dengan baik serta memanfaatkan air sebagai bagian dari pelestarian alam sesuai dengan konsep green architecture.Health is an absolute necessity of society and every citizen to have equal rights in obtaining health services and in this case is an invaluable treasure. Along with the demographic bonus where the productive population level will grow rapidly in the range of 2020-2030 years. With the increasing number of residents resulted in increasing the number of people who need health services. To anticipate this, the private parties involved by the government to participate in establishing hospitals in accordance with Government Regulation No. 93 of 2015 with the concept of green architecture. The method used in the writing of this final task is the collection of primary data are: standard hospital type B and secondary data in the form of literature archives whereas data collection techniques are done is to conduct a comparable study of similar hospitals and library studies on hospital type B . From this design try to get a building design that able to accommodate all requirement of hospital well and utilize water as part of nature conservation in accordance with green architecture concept.
