Abstract

Pembangunan pada bidang kesehatan merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam pembangunan kesejahteraan bangsa. Setiap individu wajib untuk menjaga kesehatan fisik maupun rohaninya, sedangkan peran pemerintah adalah dalam memastikan ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan bagi warganya. Dalam pemenuhan ketersediaan fasilitas kesehatan ini, pemerintah bekerja sama dengan pihak swasta untuk ikut terlibat dalam penyediaan fasilitas ini. Bangunan dirancang dengan selubung bangunan yang tanggap lingkungan dengan melihat faktor orientasi serta proporsi window to wall rasio (bukaan kaca).Strategi yang dilakukan adalah dengan menurunkan cooling load bangunan yang didapat dengan mengganti kapasitas alat (HVAC, Lighting, Lift, Pump) dengan yang hemat energi. Penghematan pemanfaatan air yang sebesar-besarnya dari sumbersumber primer (air tanah dan air PDAM) untuk kemudian diganti dengan sumber air alternatif seperti air hujan dan olahan air STP juga menekan jumlah penggunaan air didalam bangunan dengan menggunakan fixture alat yang lebih effisien.Development in the health sector is one of the important sectors in the development of the nation's welfare. Each individual is required to maintain physical and spiritual health, while the role of government is to ensure the availability of health care facilities for its citizens. In fulfilling the availability of these health facilities, the government is working with private parties to be involved in the provision of this facility. The building is designed with environmentally responsive building envelope by looking at the orientation factor and the proportion of window to wall ratio. The strategy undertaken is to lower the building's cooling load by replacing the HVAC, Lighting, Lift, Pump capacity with the frugal energy. Maximum water use savings from primary sources (groundwater and water taps) to be replaced by alternative water sources such as rainwater and water treatment STP also reduce the amount of water use in buildings by using more efficient fixture tools.
