Abstract

Kesehatan adalah faktor utama yang harus dipenuhi untuk setiap individu. Menurut UU Kesehatan No 23 tahun 1992, sehat adalah keadaan sejahtera dari badan, jiwa, dan sosial yang memungkinkan setiap orang hidup produktif secara sosial dan ekonomis. Sehingga di dalam kehidupan diperlukan fasilitas kesehatan seperti bangunan-bangunan bidang kesehatan pada setiap daerah-daerah. Pendidikan kedokteran, sebagai salah satu bidang yang berperan dalam pemenuhan tenaga medis di rumah sakit, memerlukan adanya fasilitas rumah sakit yang sekaligus dapat menjadi lokasi pendidikan, sehingga dibutuhkan adanya rumah sakit pendidikan. Salah satu persyaratan Pendidikan Kedokteran adalah tersedianya Rumah Sakit utama Pendidikan Kedokteran dalam jaringan lahan praktek yang kelayakannya oleh pakar pendidikan kedokteran sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dalam Panduan Pendidikan Kedokteran (Dirjen Dikti, 2002). Dalam Standar tersebut dikatakan bahwa Institusi Pendidikan Kedokteran harus menjamin tersedianya fasilitas pendidikan klinik bagi mahasiswa yang terdiri dari Rumah sakit Pendidikan dan sarana kesehatan lain yang diperlukan.Health is the main factor that must be done for every individual. One of the requirements of Medical Education is the availability of the main Hospital of Medical Education in a network whose practice is managed by medical education experts in accordance with the criteria set forth in Medical Education Guidance (Dirjen Dikti, 2002).
