Abstract
Pada perancangan Rumah Sakit Pendidikan milik Swasta dengan klasifikasi kelas satelit, ini harus memenuhi konsep bangunan gedung hijau atau green building sesuai Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Nomor 02 Tahun 2015 tentang Bangunan Gedung Hijau serta penilaian dari GBCI (Green Building Council Indonesia). Rumah sakit merupakan bagian dari jejaring pelayanan kesehatan untuk mencapai indikator kinerja kesehatan yang ditetapkan daerah, oleh karena itu rumah sakit harus mempunyai hubungan koordinatif, kooperatif dan fungsional, dengan dinas kesehatan dan sarana kesehatan lainnya. Kajian diawali dengan menganalisa data yang telah didapatkan berdasarkan kajian pustaka dan studi lapang yang berkaitan dengan Rumah Sakit Pendidikan. Mulai dari analisa Tapak, analisa Bangunan, dan analisa Ruang. Yang kemudian hasil dari analisatersebut dapat mengakomodasi seluruh aspek menjadi dasar dalam perancangan desain. Sebagai kesimpulan, luaran program ruang yang diperlukan, serta gambar-gambar 2 dimensi dan 3 dimensi sebagai ilustrasi desain.In the design of Private Education Hospital with classification of satellite class, this must fulfill the concept of green building or green building according to the Regulation of Minister of Public Works and People's Housing No. 02 of 2015 on Green Building and assessment of GBCI (Green Building Council Indonesia). Hospitals are part of the health service network to achieve health performance indicators established by the regions, therefore hospitals should have coordinative, cooperative and functional relationships, with health offices and other health facilities. The study begins with analyzing data that has been obtained based on literature review and field studies related to the Education Hospital. Starting from Tread analysis, Building analysis, and Space analysis. Which then results from the analysis can accommodate all aspects become the basis in design design. In conclusion, the required program space outcomes, as well as 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional images as design illustrations.
