Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) di klasifikasikan menjadi 4 kelas yang di dasari oleh beban kerja dan fungsi rumah sakit yaitu, Rumah sakit kelas A, Kelas B, kelas C, dan kelas D. dari ke 4 kelas tersebut dipilih rumah sakit kelas B yang mempunyai fasilitas medis sekurang-kurangnya 11 spesialistik dan subspesialistik terbatas dalam rangka mencapai kemampuan pelayanan medis pada rumah sakit kelas B ini, maka harus di dukung sarana dan prasarana gedung rumah sakit yang baik dan benar. Rumah sakit harus memenuhi persyaratan teknis sarana dan prasarana untuk menunjang pelayanan kesehatan secara paripurna yang secara standar menyangkut fisik gedung dan ruangan. Diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan pengelola pelayanan kesehatan yang mempunyai kesamaan persepsi mengenai fasilitas Rumah Sakit. Oleh sebab itu, Perancangan arsitektur akhir ini mencoba mendapatkan desain gedung yang berfungsi untuk pelayanan publik yang paling baik dan berfungsi sebagai rumah sakit pendidikan dengan pendekatan “Green Architecture” sehingga gedung rumah sakit pendidikan ini selain memberikan pelayananan yang baik juga memiliki desain bangunan yang berkelanjutan, ramah lingkungan dan mandiri dengan konservasi sumber daya yang ada dan merespon lingkungan sekitar.General Hospital (RSU) are classified into 4 classes, fueled by the workload and functions of hospitals, namely, hospital class A, class B, class C, and class 4 to class D. of the selected hospitals which have a class B medical facilities at least 11 specialist and subspesialistik limited in order to achieve the ability of medical services at the hospital class B, then it must be supported infrastructure hospital building is good and right. Hospitals must meet the requirements of the technical facilities and infrastructure to support health care services in plenary by default concerning the physical building and the room. Expected to be used as reference health service managers have a common perception regarding the facilities Hospital. Therefore, the design of the final architecture is trying to get the design of the building that serves for public service that works well and serves as a teaching hospital with a "Green Architecture" thus building a teaching hospital Besides providing pelayananan both also have a sustainable building design, environmentally friendly and self-sufficient with the conservation of existing resources and respond to the surrounding environment.
