Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim of finding out about the performance of the Public Service Agency for the Forest Finance Center as a public sector organization in 2019 using the Balance Scorecard method. Balance Scorecard is used to measure financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective The approach used is descriptive quantitative by using interviews, observation, and questionnaires. Sampling using simple / proportionate random sampling technique. Data collection and tabulation techniques in this research are literature study and field study. This literature study is carried out by studying, researching, and reviewing books, scientific articles and company financial reports. The field study was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires with the Google Form application which was distributed through WhatsApp media. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Pusat P2H through measuring customer perspective performance, financial perspective performance, internal business process perspective performance, and learning and growth perspective performance gets a score of 71% with good criteria. Keywords: Public Sector Organizations, Balance Scorecard, Performance Measurement, Performance Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tentang kinerja Badan Layanan Umum Pusat Pembiayaan Hutan sebagai organisasi sector publik tahun 2019 dengan menggunakan metode Balance Scorecard. Balance Scorecard digunakan untuk mengukur perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, serta perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple / proportionate random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan dan tabulasi data dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Studi Kepustakaan ini dilakukan dengan cara mempelajari, meneliti, dan menelaah bukubuku, karangan ilmiah dan laporan keuangan perusahaan. Studi lapangan dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisoner dengan aplikasi google form yang disebar melalui media WhatsApp. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Pusat P2H melalui pengukuran kinerja prespektif pelanggan, kinerja perspektif keuangan, kinerja perspektif proses bisnis internal, dan kinerja prespektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan mendapat nilai 71% dengan kriteria baik.
