Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sustainability report, profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan intellectual capital sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ45 selama periode 2019-2021. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 23 perusahaan dengan jumlah pengamatan sebesar 69. Data penelitian berasal dari laporan tahunan dan sustainability reporting yang telah dipublikasikan perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan website perusahaan terkait. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi Eviews 12.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sustainability report tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, intellectual capital berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, intellectual capital memperkuat pengaruh sustainability report terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan intellectual capital tidak dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.
