Abstract

Pertumbuhan kota dan perkembangan industri menimbulkan dampak yang cukup besar pada siklus hidrologi sehigga berpengaruh besar terhadap sistem drainase perkotaan. Banyak perencanaan bangunan yang tidak memperhatikan sistem drainase untuk meresapkan air ke dalam tanah. Salah satu dampaknya adalah meningkatnya aliran permukaan langsung dan menurunnya kuantitas air yang meresap ke dalam tanah. Dan untuk mengatasi masalah ini, sebaiknya dalam perancangan bangunan harus memperhatikan pola drainase dan memperhitungkan bertambahnya jumlah aliran air hujan yang tak dapat meresap dalam tanah dan menciptakan drainase positif; yaitu mengarahkan aliran air hujan menjauhi bangunan atau daerah-daerah kegiatan (parkir, jalan) agar tidak terjadi banjir, erosi atau genangan air. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan konsep perencanaan drainase pada Gedung Perkantoran Sudirman 7.8. Perencanaan awal drainase menggunakan data curah hujan Stasiun Karet Pa dengan jumlah data 10 tahun. Curah hujan rata-rata dihitung dengan metoda Aljabar dan Analisa frekuensi dihitung dengan metoda Log Pearson Type III. Perhitungan Debit banjir rencana menggunakan metoda Rasional. Berdasarkan perhitungan debit metoda rasional menghasilkan perencanaan saluran permukaan berpenampang persegi dengan dimensi bervariasi, mulai dari ukuran lebar 0,25 meter sampai 0,6 meter dan tinggi 0,3 meter sampai 1,2 meter dengan material beton acuan untuk dinding saluran.City growth and industrial development have a considerable impact on the hydrologic cycle so that it has a major impact on urban drainage systems. Many building plans do not pay attention to the drainage system to absorb water into the soil. One of the impacts is the increased direct surface flow and the decreasing quantity of water that seeps into the soil. And to overcome this problem, it is better in the design of the building should pay attention to the drainage pattern and take into account the increasing amount of runoff that can not seep in the soil and create a positive drainage; Namely directing the flow of rain water away from buildings or areas of activity (parking, roads) in order to avoid flooding, erosion or puddles. This final project aims to apply drainage planning concept in Sudirman Office Building 7.8. Initial drainage planning used the rainfall data of Karet Pa Station with 10 years of data. Average rainfall is calculated by the Algebra method and the frequency analysis is calculated by the Log Pearson Type III method. Calculation Flood debit plan using Rational method. Based on the calculation of the discharge rational method resulted in the design of a square-shaped surface channel with varying dimensions ranging from 0.25 meters to 0.6 meters wide and 0.3 meters to 1.2 meters high with concrete material for channel walls.
