Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of price perceptions, product quality and service quality on lamp purchasing decisions at seller Bray Pearce. The method used is the Quantitative Method. Sampling was carried out using nonprobability sampling techniques. The data collection technique in this research is to distribute questionnaires directly to the research subjects, namely customers of the seller Bray Pearce. The research was conducted on 250 respondents who met the criteria in the research. The analytical method used in this research is SEM (Structural Equation Model) using the Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical calculation application. The results of this research show that price perception has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase lamps at the Bray Pearce seller, product quality has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase lamps at the Bray Pearce seller, service quality has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase lamps at the Bray Pearce seller. Keywords: Price Perception, Product Quality, Product Quality, and Lamp Purchasing Decisions Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian lampu di seller bray pearce. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Metode Kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara teknik non probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan pembagian kuesioner secara langsung pada subjek penelitian yaitu pelanggan lampu seller bray pearce. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 250 responden yang memenuhi kriteria dalam penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan menggunakan aplikasi perhitungan statistik Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian lampu di seller bray pearce, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian lampu di seller bray pearce, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian lampu di seller bray pearce.
