Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara bullying terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X-XI di SMKN 2 Kota Tangerang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 23dengan alat ukur yang digunakan dari masing-masing variabel adalah kuisioner yang telah diuji dari masing-masing skala bullying yang berjumlah 34 item dengan rentang uji validitas sebesar 0,285 sampai 0,501, serta uji realibilitas sebesar 0,895. dan skala motivasi belajar yang berjumlah 50 item dengan rentang uji validitas sebesar 0,285 sampai 0,502, serta uji realibilitas 0,930. Kedua skala tersebut mempunyai kategori yang sama yaitu semua item sama-sama dapat dipergunakan dan pertanggungjawabkan untuk pengukuran penelitian karena r hitung ≥ r tabel. Dengan hasil uji asumsi normalitas diketahui nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0,988 ≥ 0,05 hal ini menunjukan butir-butir bullying dan motivasi belajar adalah normal. Dari hasil uji linearitas dengan nilai sig. 0.870 ≥ 0,05 yang berarti hubungannya dinyatakan linear. Sedangkan dari hasil uji regresi sederhana nilai t hitung dalam tabel koefisien 2.176 dengan signifikan 0,033 ≤ 0,05. Apabila t hitung 2,176 ≥ t tabel 1,66 sehingga terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara bullying dengan motivasi belajar. Artinya hipotesis alternatif diterima dan hipotesis nihil ditolak.This study aimed to examine the effect of bullying on students' motivation in class X-XI in N 2 in Tangerang. This research uses a quantitative research using SPSS 23dengan measuring instruments used on each of the variables is a questionnaire that has been tested from each scale bullying totaling 34 items with the range of validity test of 0.285 to 0.501, as well as the reliability test of 0.895. and learning motivation scale was 50 items to test the validity range of 0.285 to 0.502, 0.930 and reliability test. Both scales were having the same category that all items can equally be used to account for measurement and research for count r ≥ r table. With the test results are known normality assumption Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.988 ≥ 0.05, this shows a grain of bullying and motivation to learn is normal. From the test results linearity with sig. 0.870 ≥ 0.05, which means to do otherwise linear. While the results of simple regression test t value in the table with a significant coefficient 2,176 0,033 ≤ 0.05. If t arithmetic ≥ t table 2.176 1.66 so there is significant influence between bullying motivation to learn. This means that the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected.
