Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of training, creativity on employee performance with teamwork as a mediating variable. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Penida Kreasi Persada. The research population was 75 respondents and the research sample used a saturated sample, using all employees at PT. Penida Kreasi Persada This research was conducted from June 2022 to December 2022 at PT. Penida Kreasi Persada. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) path analysis application. The results of this study indicate that training behavior has no effect on employee performance, Creativity and Teamwork have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the results show that Training and Creativity have a positive and significant effect on teamwork, and Training and Creativity have a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by teamwork at PT. Penida Kreasi Persada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, kreativitas terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan teamwork sebagai variabel mediasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Penida Kreasi Persada. Populasi Penelitian bejumlah 75 responden dan sampel penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh, yaitu menggunakan seluruh karyawan pada PT Penida Kreasi Persada Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2022 sampai bulan Desember 2022 di PT Penida Kreasi Persada. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportional stratified random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi analisis jalur SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kreativitas dan Teamwork berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya hasil menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan dan Kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap teamwork, serta Pelatihan dan Kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh teamwork pada PT. Penida Kreasi Persada.
