Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and aggressiveness in tarkam soccer players. Emotional intelligence is basically a person's ability to accept and control the emotions of himself and others around him. Aggressiveness is Aggressiveness is the desire to harm other individuals, by expressing negative feelings such as hostility to achieve the desired goal. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression technique using SPSS assistance. The data collection technique used the Accidental Sampling sample technique with a population and sample of 122 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and aggressiveness in tarkam soccer players. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Aggressivenes Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahuihubungan kecerdasan emosi dengan agresivitas pada pemain sepak bola tarkam. Kecerdasan emosi pada dasarnya kemampuan seseorang untuk menerima dan mengontrol emosi dirinya dan orang lain di sekitarnya. Agresivitas merupakan Agresivitas adalah keinginan untuk menyakiti individu lain, dengan cara mengekspresikan perasaan negatifnya seperti permusuhan untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Teknikregresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik sampel Accidental Sampling dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 122 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan agresivitas pada pemain sepak bola tarkam. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosi, Agresivita
