Abstract

This research discusses the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. Idea Creation Warehouse The aim of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture and motivation on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research involved 123 employees as respondents using a simple random sampling technique. This research uses a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS data analysis using SmartPLS 3 software. The findings of this research are that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It was also found that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Likewise, motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Then, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Other findings in this research state that organizational culture influences employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, and motivation influences employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi di PT. Gudang Kreasi Idea Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini melibatkan karyawan sebanyak 123 sebagai responden dengan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis data SEM-PLS menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Temuan penelitian ini budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Begitu juga dengan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Juga ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Begitu juga motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kemudian pada kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penemuan lain dalam penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening, serta motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.
