Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Liquidity, Leverage and Profitability on Company Value. The objects of this research are various industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The samples used in the research were 80 samples from 16 companies. The method used in the research is quantitative research and the research design used is causality research using data analysis methods, namely descriptive analysis, panel data regression analysis, classical assumption testing, model feasibility testing, and hypothesis testing with the help of the Eviews 12 application to find out each level of significance between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The sampling method uses purosive sampling. Based on the analysis results that have been found, it can be seen that liquidity (CR) has no effect on company value, leverage (DER) has no effect on company value, and profitability (ROA) has a positive effect on company value. Keywords: Liquidity (Current Ratio), Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), Profitability (Return on Assets), Firm Value (Tobins'Q). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas, Leverage, dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah sektor aneka industri yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2021. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 80 sampel dari 16 perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan desain peneliti yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausalitas dengan menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi data panel, uji asumsi klasik, uji kelayakan model, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan aplikasi Eviews 12 untuk mengetahui masing masing tingkat signifikasi antara variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purosive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah ditemukan dapat diketahui bahwa Likuiditas (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, leverage (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan Profitabilitas (ROA) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Likuiditas (Current Ratio), Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), Profitabilitas (Return on Asset), Nilai Perusahaan (Tobins’Q).
