Abstract
Loyalitas karyawan merupakan salah satu bentuk kesetiaan terhadap perusahaan tempat mereka bekerja, memiliki karyawan yang memiliki sikap loyalitas tinggi merupakan salah satu aset penting yang perusahaan inginkan. Sebagai salah satu perusahaan restoran teh terbaik di Jakarta, PT Bumi Berkah Agro Indonesia (Lewis and Carroll Tea) selalu berusaha untuk menjaga aset terbaiknya yaitu karyawan, Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Komunikasi Organisasi dan Komunikasi Internal melalui Gaya komunikasi pimpinan dalam mempertahankan loyalitas karyawannya, yaitu the controlling style, the equalitararian style, the structuring style, the dynamic style, the relinquishing style dan the withdrawal style. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan Manager divisi administrasi dan staff divisi administrasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, gaya komunikasi pimpinan divisi administrasi PT Bumi Berkah Agro Indonesia dalam mempertahankan loyalitas karyawan, seorang pimpinan melakukan proses komunikasi dengan bawahan untuk memberikan informasi dan mendapatkan informasi kembali dari bawahan tersebut begitu pula dengan pimpinan. Adapun gaya komunikasi pimpinan yang paling dominan dalam mempertahankan loyalitas karyawan disivi administrasi PT Bumi Berkah Agro Indonesia adalah the equalitarian style. Maka dengan gaya komunikasi dua arah efektif dalam mempertahankan iklim komunikasi yang harmonis. Employee loyalty is a form of loyalty to the company where they work. Having employees who have a high level of loyalty is one of the important assets that the company wants. As one of the best tea restaurant companies in Jakarta, PT Bumi Berkah Agro Indonesia (Lewis and Carroll Tea) always tries to look after its best assets, its employees. This research uses the concept of Organizational Communication and Internal Communication through leadership communication styles in maintaining employee loyalty, there are the controlling style, the equalitarian style, the structuring style, the dynamic style, the relinquishing style and the withdrawal style. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with the administrative division manager and administrative division staff. I Based on the results of the research, it shows that, the communication style of the management division leader of PT Bumi Berkah Agro Indonesia in maintaining employee loyalty, a leader carries out a communication process with subordinates to provide information and get information back from the subordinates as well as the leadership. The most dominant leadership communication style in maintaining employee loyalty in the administration division of PT Bumi Berkah Agro Indonesia is the equalitarian style. A two-way communication style is effective in maintaining a harmonious communication climate
