Abstract
Cats can help children's growth and development, such as increasing children's self-esteem, teaching responsibility, and developing empathy. In addition to social and emotional benefits, cats are also good for children's health. However, the child's ignorance can be bad for the cat and the child himself. To avoid things that cause injury to children and cats, it is necessary to use educational media to teach children about cat care. The design of an educational illustration book begins with seeking information about good and proper cat care, which can be done through various sources of information such as books, articles and interviews. "Meow, My Cat's Anatomy" is an educational tool for children with various pictures and text, aiming to make children more familiar with how to care for and play with cats, so that children can love cats more. Keywords: Illustrated Book, Cats, Children Kucing dapat membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak, seperti meningkatkan harga diri anak, mengajarkan tanggung jawab, dan mengembangkan empati. Selain manfaat sosial dan emosional, kucing juga baik untuk kesehatan anak. Namun, ketidaktahuan anak bisa berdampak buruk bagi kucing dan anak itu sendiri. Untuk menghindari hal-hal yang menyebabkan cedera pada anak dan kucing, maka perlu menggunakan media edukasi untuk mengajarkan anak dalam perawatan kucing. Perancangan buku ilustrasi pendidikan diawali dengan mencari informasi tentang perawatan kucing yang baik dan benar, yang dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai sumber informasi seperti buku, artikel, dan wawancara. "Meow, Mengenal Tubuh Kucingku" adalah sarana edukasi untuk anak-anak dengan gambar dan teks yang beragam, bertujuan agar anak lebih mengenal cara merawat dan bermain dengan kucing, sehingga anak dapat lebih menyayangi kucing.
