Abstract
Setiap karyawan yang bekerja dalam suatu perusahaan mendambakan kedudukan yang layak dan mengharapkan manfaat yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup dirinya dan keluarganya. Namun sering kali, imbalan saja tidak cukup karena pekerja juga ingin merasa puas dengan pekerjaannya. Tentu saja, tingkat kesenangan seseorang mungkin berbeda meskipun dengan pekerjaan dan tunjangan yang sama. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan antara lain keseimbangan kerja dan kelelahan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh work life balance dan burnout terhadap job satisfaction di PT Hashmicro Solusi Indonesia. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 121 orang yang merupakan seluruh karyawan dari PT Hashmicro Solusi Indonesia dengan pendekatan sampling jenuh menggunakan setiap anggota populasi sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala Likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh work life balance dan burnout baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap job satisfaction karyawan di PT Hashmicro Solusi Indonesia. Every employee who works in a company dream of a decent position and expects benefits that can improve the quality of life for himself and his family. But often, rewards alone are not enough because workers also want to feel satisfied with their work. Of course, a person's level of enjoyment may differ even with the same job and benefits. There are several factors that influence employee job satisfaction, including work balance and work fatigue. This research aims to determine the influence of work life balance and burn out on job satisfaction at PT Hashmicro Solusi Indonesia. The number of respondents in this research was 121 people who were all employees of PT Hashmicro Solusi Indonesia using a saturated sampling approach using every member of the population as a sample. The data collection technique used was a variable measurement questionnaire using a Likert scale. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this research are that there is an influence of work life balance and burnout both partially and simultaneously on job satisfaction at PT Hashmicro Solusi Indonesia employee.
