Abstract
This study analyzes the transformation of Enterprise Resources Planning Management in the Mediamorphosis of the Financial Media Magazine at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia into an online media (MK+) as a shift in mass media trends towards digital platforms. Despite facing challenges from the Covid-19 pandemic, cessation of printing processes, budget savings, and business process adjustments, MK+ has now become a bi-weekly news portal with various content formats, such as articles, podcasts, Instagram content, and videos. This research aligns with 15 previous studies focusing on the transformation from print to digital media, albeit with different research objects. In theoretical framework, the concept of mediamorphosis by Roger Fidler is employed, focusing on six principles: Coevolution and Coexistence; Metamorphosis; Inheritance; Survival Skills; Opportunities and Needs; Delayed Adoption. Using a post-positivism paradigm, this research emphasizes the truth that is subjective and contextual. Source triangulation is used to examine the validity of data, combining interview results and documents. The research results are expected to provide a comprehensive overview of the transformation of financial media, making a significant contribution to understanding the changes in the internal magazine platform of organizations in the digital era. The research method applied is qualitative with a case study approach, exploring the transformation of enterprise resources planning management in the internal organizational magazine from print to online, especially on the Financial Media Magazine platform. The research subjects are the Editorial Team of the Financial Media Magazine, and data are obtained through in-depth interviews and document analysis, with data analysis following the inductive approach of Miles and Hubermen. The research findings illustrate the Financial Media Magazine in applying Roger Fidler's Mediamorphosis principles, showing substantial changes in information delivery, not just a shift in format but also in continuous business processes. With the inheritance of values, survival skills, and adaptation to reader needs, MK+ undergoes holistic mediamorphosis, ensuring sustainability and adaptability in the digital era. In conclusion, the transformation of the Financial Media Magazine to an online platform (MK+) maintains a print presence in special editions, provides diverse options to readers, and enhances engagement through interactive features.
