Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi, pembelajaran dan sikap terhadap keputusn pembelian pada PT.Asuransi Central Asia.penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas.objek penelitian ini adalah costumer pria dan wanita pada PT. Asuransi Central Asia dengan menggunakan metode sample jenuh.data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode kuisioner dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 260 responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji kecocokan model pengukuran, uji kecocokan model struktural ( Uji t) yang dijalankan dengan perangkat lunak Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan pembelajaran berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian PT. Asuransi Central Asia, sementara sikap berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian PT. Asuransi Central Asia cabang purih indah Jakarta Barat.This study aims to examine the influence of motivation, learning and attitudes towards purchasing decisions at PT.Asuransi Central Asia. This research is a causal research. This research object is male and female costumer at PT. Asuransi Central Asia using saturated data sample method collected by questionnaire method with the total sample counted 260 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study include validity and reliability test, fit model measurement test, structural model fit test (t test) run with Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) software. The result of research shows that motivation and learning influence but not Significant to the purchase decision of PT. Insurance Central Asia, while attitudes significantly influence the purchase decision of PT. Asuransi Central Asia is a beautiful branch of West Jakarta.
