Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja tehadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Rotaryana Engineering cabang Jakarta Barat yang berjumlah 30 orang yang keseluruhannya digunakan sebagai sampel. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Smart Partial Least Square versi 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawaan. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawanThis research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, work stress and work environment toward employee performance. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Rotaryana Engineering branch of West Jakarta that provides 30 people who are all used as a sample. Data analysis in this research using Smart Partial Least Square version 3.0 analysis. Based on the analysis results can be concluded that organizational culture has no effect on employee performance. Then the job stress does not affect the performance of the employee. While the work environment affect the performance of employees.
