Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan beban kerja, stres kerja, motivasi kerja dan K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) antara mitra pengemudi PT. Express Transindo Utama & PT. Grab Indonesia. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 120 responden yang merupakan mitra pengemudi PT. Grab Indonesia sebanyak 60 orang dan PT. Express Transindo Utama sebanyak 60 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif komparatif menggunakan alat analisis SPSS23 yang melakukan pengolahan dan pengujian variable. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala Likert. Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua uji statistic dua sample setiap variable yang diteliti yaitu beban kerja, stres kerja, motivasi kerja, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel beban kerja, stres kerja, motivasi kerja tidak ada perbedaan antara mitra pengemudi PT. Grab Indonesia dengan PT. Express Transindo Utama, sedangkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang diberlakukan ada perbedaan yang dirasakan mitra pengemudi. The main purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of workload, work stress, work motivation, and work safety between drivers of PT. Grab Indonesia and PT. Express Transindo Utama. The data in the study were obtained from 120 respondents who are driver partners of PT. Grab Indonesia as many as 60 people and PT. Express Transindo Utama as many as 60 people. Data analysis in this study used a comparative quantitative method using the SPSS23 analysis tool which carried out processing and testing of variables. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The first stage in this research is to test the validity of each variable's questions along with their reliability. The second stage is a two-sample statistical test for each variable studied, namely workload, work stress, work motivation, occupational health and safety. The results of this study stated that the variables of workload, work stress, work motivation there was no difference between the driver partners of PT. Grab Indonesia with PT. Express Transindo Utama, there are differences in the work safety and health applied by the driver-partners.
