This correlational quantitative study aims to examine the influence of learning motivation and self-management on academic procrastination among students at Mercu Buana University. A total of 582 student respondents, who are currently active at Mercu Buana University, were selected using accidental sampling method. Three measurement instruments were utilized, namely the academic procrastination short form by McCloskey (2011), motivated strategies for learning questionnaire developed by Pintrich (2004) & Shia (1999), and self-control and self-management scale by Mezo (2009). Data were analyzed using multiple regression techniques with the assistance of SPSS version 22. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate a positive and significant influence of both learning motivation and self-management on academic procrastination among Mercu Buana University students, both partially and simultaneously. In partial testing, learning motivation has a positive influence on academic procrastination among Mercu Buana University students and contributes by 5%. Meanwhile, self-management has a positive influence on academic procrastination among Mercu Buana University students and contributes by 3.1%. Keywords : Learning Motivation, Self-Management, and Academic Procrastination Penelitian kuantitatif korelasional ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh motivasi belajar dan self-management terhadap prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana. Sebanyak 582 responden mahasiswa yang merupakan mahasiswa/i aktif di Universitas Mercu Buana dijaring menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Terdapat 3 alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu academic procrastination short form dari McCloskey (2011), motivated strategies for learning questionnaire hasil pengembangan dari Pintrich (2004) & Shia (1999), self control and self-management scale dari Mezo (2009). Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik multiple regresi dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar dan self-management terhadap prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa di Universitas Mercu Buana, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan/bersama-sama. Pada hasil pengujian secara parsial, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana dan berkontribusi sebesar 5%. Sedangkan, self-management berpengaruh positif terhadap prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana dan berkontribusi sebesar 3,1%.
