Abstract

This research aims to improve monitoring and management of gas station operations through the implementation of an effective digital dashboard. The research methodology involved analyzing the information needs for reconciliation of work at gas stations, and designing a responsive digital dashboard. This dashboard is designed to visually present operational information consisting of labor data as well as data on work tools used. The results showed that the Digital Monitoring Dashboard can provide a clear picture of the labor data and work tools used by the managed operation unit of the gas station to facilitate monitoring, analysis, and decision making. This dashboard is expected to improve operational efficiency, support work reconciliation, and provide accurate and fast information to related parties. This research can be the basis for the development of similar solutions in various industries that manage complex operations. By using digital dashboard technology, this research contributes to the development of a monitoring system that can improve transparency, rapid decision-making, and efficiency in operational management of gas stations. Keywords: Dashboard,Reconciliation, Labor data, Work tools Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemantauan dan manajemen operasional SPBU melalui implementasi dashboard digital yang efektif. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan analisis kebutuhan informasi untuk rekonsiliasi pekerjaan di SPBU, dan perancangan dashboard digital yang responsif. Dashboard ini dirancang untuk menyajikan informasi operasional secara visual yang terdiri dari data tenaga kerja serta data alat kerja yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dashboard Digital Monitoring dapat memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai data tenaga kerja dan alat kerja yang digunakan oleh unit managed operation SPBU berfungsi untuk memudahkan pemantauan, analisis, dan pengambilan keputusan. Dashboard ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mendukung rekonsiliasi pekerjaan, serta memberikan informasi yang akurat dan cepat kepada pihak terkait. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan solusi serupa dalam berbagai industri yang mengelola operasi kompleks. Dengan menggunakan teknologi dashboard digital, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan sistem pemantauan yang dapat meningkatkan transparansi, pengambilan keputusan yang cepat, dan efisiensi dalam manajemen operasional SPBU.
