Abstract

Occupational safety and health (K3) is an aspect of the protection of the workforce and company assets, aimed as much as possible at ensuring safe and healthy conditions for each employee and protecting human resources (HR). Performance refers to the degree of success of a person as a whole in completing tasks over a certain period of time. In this study, the author is concerned about the Pembalah Batung Hospital Development Project, where the number of industrial accidents has increased. If work accidents continue to increase, the performance of project employees will decrease. The company will suffer losses due to the indirect effects The aim of this study is to obtain information about the factors that influence occupational safety and health on the performance of project employees in Pembalah Batung Hospital and to identify the occupational safety and health factors that most affect the performance of project employees in Pembalah Batung Hospital influence. The respondents resulting from calculations using the Slovin formula are 30 respondents. In this study, the authors collected data using two methods, namely field research and library research. On-site research is carried out through interviews with occupational health and safety experts and distribution of questionnaires to project staff at Pembalah Batung Hospital, while library research is carried out by citing journals and previous research with a maximum period of 10 years. In this study, the authors used a quantitative method with two variables, namely the independent variable that receives the symbol X and the dependent variable that receives the symbol Y. In this study, the independent variable is occupational health and safety, while the dependent variable is employee performance development project of Pembalah Batung Hospital. The sampling technique uses a random sampling technique (simple random sampling technique). Validity test, reliability test, normality test, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis are used in data analysis. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for The Social Science (SPSS) version 25 method. The results of the study suggest that the t-test resulted in a t-value of 5.055, which means it is greater than t-table 2.055. From the F test, the calculated F is 14,647, which is larger than that in the F table (3.34), so the hypothesis (H0) is accepted and (H1) the variable X affects the variable Y at the same time. From testing the coefficient of determination, the R squared value is 57.9% and has a positive value, which means that occupational safety and health simultaneously have an impact on employee performance in the Pembalah Batung Regional Hospital project. Keywords : Health, safety, performance, SPSS Keselamatan dan kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek perlindungan tenaga kerja sekaligus melindungi asset perusahaan yang bertujuan sedapat mungkin memberikan jaminan kondisi yang aman dan sehat kepada setiap karyawan dan untuk melindungi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Sedangkan kinerja merupakan tingkat keberhasilan seseorang secara keseluruhan dalam periode tertentu didalam melaksanakan tugas. Pada penilitian ini penulis terdapat keresahan pada Proyek Pembangunan RSUD Pembalah Batung yang terjadi kenaikan angka kecelakaan kerja. Apabila kecelakaan kerja terus meningkat maka akan menurunkan kinerja karyawan proyek. Yang dampaknya secara tidak langsung perusahaan akan mengalami kerugian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan proyek RSUD Pembalah Batung dan untuk mengetahui faktor –faktor keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan proyek RSUD Pembalah Batung. Responden yang didapat dari perhitungan dengan rumus Slovin adalah 30 responden. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengumpulan data menggunakan 2 cara yaitu penelitian di Lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Penelitian di lapangan dengan cara wawancara dengan pakar K3 dan penyebaran kusioner kepada karyawan proyek RSUD Pembalah Batung, sedangkan penelitian kepustakaan yaitu dengan mengutip jurnal dan penelitian terdahulu dengan rentan waktu tidak lebih 10 tahun. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan 2 variabel yaitu variabel bebas (independent variable) yang diberi simbol X dan variabel terikat (dependent variable) yang diberi simbol Y. Pada penelitian ini variabel bebas yaitu keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan proyek pembangunan RSUD Pembalah Batung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling (teknik sampling acak sederhana Cara menganalisa data menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Analisa korelasi dan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Data dianalisis dengan metode Statistical Package for The Social Sciance (SPSS) Versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari uji t dihasilkan t hitung sebesar 5.055 artinya lebih besar dari t table 2.055. Dari uji F dihasilkan F hitung 14.647 yang lebih besar dari F table (3,34) maka hipotesis (H0) diterima dan (H1), variabel X secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y. Dari pengujian koefisien determinasi didapat nilai R square sebesar 57,9% dan bernilai positif artinya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh secara stimultan terhadap kinerja karyawan proyek RSUD Pembalah Batung.
