Abstract

Banburyy mixer machine is a machine used to mix materials, such as raw rubber, carbon and chemicals so that it becomes a homogeneous mixture. Inside the Banburyy machine there is a part of the machine called the rotor. The rotor is rotated by an induction motor through a gearbox intermediary. The role of induction motors in banburry mixer machines is very important. If damage to the induction motor is not detected at an early stage, it can cause very severe damage with various types of damage. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the vibration spectrum signal from damage to the mixer motor which is focused on analyzing the vibration that occurs in the SKF 6330 / C3 type bearing at the drive end position and the SKF 6324 type at the non-drive end position of the motor. Data processing is carried out using the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and Hilbert Transform methods at a rotation variation of 500 rpm, 1000 rpm and 1500 rpm. Diagnosis of bearing damage through vibration signals obtained based on special frequency characteristics that mark the onset of defects, in the form of Fundamental Train Frequency (FTF) that occurs in the cage, Ball Spin Frequency (BSF) on the ball, Ball Pass Frequency Outer (BPFO) on the outer track, and Ball Pass Frequency Inner (BPFI) on the inner track, according to bearing geometry and motor shaft rotational speed. From the results of the analysis carried out, it was found that the SKF 6330/C3 bearing showed an amplitude at a frequency close to the FTF value of 7.031 Hz along with its harmonic frequency, while the SKF 6324 bearing had no damage frequency that appeared. Keywords: Vibration, Induction motor, Bearing, Fast Fourier Transform, Hilbert Transform Mesin Banburyy mixer adalah mesin yang digunakan untuk mencampur bahan-bahan, seperti karet mentah, carbon dan bahan kimia sehingga menjadi campuran yang homogen. Di dalam mesin Banburyy terdapat bagian mesin yang disebut dengan rotor. Rotor tersebut diputar oleh motor induksi melalui perantara gearbox. Peran motor induksi pada mesin banburry mixer sangat penting. Apabila kerusakan pada motor induksi tidak dideteksi pada tahap permulaan akan dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan yang sangat parah dengan berbagai tipe kerusakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik sinyal spectrum getaran dari kerusakan pada motor mixer yang dititikberatkan pada analisa getaran yang terjadi pada bearing tipe SKF 6330/C3 pada posisi drive end dan tipe SKF 6324 pada posisi non drive end motor. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan metode Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) dan Hilbert Transform pada variasi putaran 500 rpm, 1000 rpm dan 1500 rpm. Diagnosis kerusakan bearing melalui sinyal getaran yang diperoleh berdasarkan ciri frekuensi khusus yang menandai timbulnya cacat, berupa Fundamental Train Frequency (FTF) yang terjadi pada sangkar, Ball Spin Frequency (BSF) pada bola, Ball Pass Frequency Outer (BPFO) pada lintasan luar, dan Ball Pass Frequency Inner (BPFI) pada lintasan dalam, sesuai dengan geometri bantalan dan kecepatan putar poros motor. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, didapat hasil bahwa pada bearing SKF 6330/C3 muncul amplitude pada frekuensi yang mendekati nilai FTF sebesar 7,031 Hz beserta frekuensi harmoniknya, sedangkan pada bearing SKF 6324 tidak terdapat frekuensi kerusakan yang muncul.
