Abstract

Generator Sets (gensets) are backup energy that can replace electrical energy from PLN when there is a blackout or disruption to the electricity network, especially in office buildings that require 24 hour electricity. To turn on the generator requires energy from diesel fuel which can be monitored using equipment that has been automated in a system so that it does not require a lot of human intervention. One example of its application can be done in the generator fuel tank filling system. The process of filling the generator fuel tank utilizes a water level sensor to control when the generator fuel pump works and when the pump stops. A spare diesel tank is one solution to the problem above, but filling it manually requires us to see the condition of the tank directly. The HMI is able to monitor solar conditions by communicating with the PLC via the same IP address. Using the ladder programming language and using GXwork3 software, the PLC address is synchronized with the HMI so that we can create a monitoring display. The motor as the output of the PLC can be controlled automatically and manually. The hc-sr04 ultrasonic sensor emits waves in the form of ultrasonic waves through a transmitter. when the hc-sr04 ultrasonic sensor is given a source voltage of 5v, this can provide data to the PLC as the brain of the system to carry out commands. Comparison of the HC 04 sensor readings with the volume value and an average error value of 0.0395% was obtained. From the test results and calculations of the measurement comparison, it can be said that the volume reading is almost the same as the reading with the HC04 sensor Keywords: HMI, PLC, HC 04, Monitoring. Generator Set (genset) merupakan energi cadangan yang dapat menggantikan energi listrik dari PLN pada saat terjadi pemadaman atau trouble jaringan listrik, terutama di gedung perkantoran yang membutuhkan listrik 24 Jam. Untuk menghidupkan genset memerlukan energi dari bahan bakar solar yang dapat di monitoring menggunakan peralatan yang telah terotomasi secara sistem sehingga tidak membutuhkan banyak campur tangan manusia. Salah satu contoh pengaplikasiannya dapat dilakukan pada sistem pengisian tangki bahan bakar genset. Proses pengisian tangki bahan bakar genset ini memanfaatkan sensor water level untuk pengontrolan kapan pompa bahan bakar genset bekerja dan saat kondisi bagaimana pompa berhenti. Tangki solar cadangan merupakan salah satu Solusi dari permaslahan diatas namun pengisian secara manual mengharuskan kita untuk melihat kondisi tangki secara langsung. HMI mampu memonitoring kondisi solar dengan di komunikasikan dengan PLC melalui IP addres yang sama .Dengan bahasa pemrograman ladder dan menggunakan software GXwork3 alamat plc di sinkronkankan dengan HMI sehingga kita dapat membuat tampilan monitoring. Motor sebagai output dari PLC dapat dikontrol secara otomatis dan manual. Sensor ulrasonik hc-sr04 memancarkan gelombang berupa gelombang ultrasonik melalui transmitter ketika sensor ultrasonik hc-sr04 diberi tegangan sumber sebesar 5v hal ini dapat memberikan data ke PLC sebagai otak dari system untuk menjalankan perintah. Perbandingan pembacaan sensor HC 04 dengan nilai volume dan didapatakan nilai rata rata error 0,0395 % . Dari hasil pengujian dan perhitungan pada perbandingan pengukuran tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa pembacaan volume hampir mendekati sama dengan pembacaan ddengan sensor HC04 Kata kunci : HMI, PLC, HC 04, Monitoring, Generator
