Abstract
This final project aims to design and implement HMI and PLC into one system that can increase industrial productivity. Several problems that need to be addressed in increasing productivity include increasing the accuracy of each material used in the production process as well as increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the work process. The aim of this research is to design a PLC and HMI-based auto dispensing liquid system equipped with a formulation database feature and a Datalog report feature, and create an easy-to-use operating system. The results of this research are that the difference between the target transfer amount and the actual amount is 0.1 Kg - 0.2 Kg. HMI can store a formulation database for each productf and record the amount of liquid that has been transferred for production needs, making it easier for operators to operate and monitor machine processes. Keywords : HMI, PLC, Auto dispensing, Database, Datalog Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan HMI dan PLC menjadi satu sistem yang dapat meningkatkan produktifitas industri. Beberapa permasalahan yang perlu diatasi dalam peningkatan produktifitas antara lain peningkatan akurasi setiap material yang digunakan dalam proses produksi serta peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi proses kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang Auto dispensing system liquid berbasis PLC dan HMI yang dilengkapi dengan fiture Database formulasi dan fiture Datalog report, dan menciptakan sistem pengoperasian yang mudah digunakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu didapatkan selisih besaran target transfer dengan aktual sebesar 0,1 Kg – 0,2 Kg, HMI dapat menyimpan database formulasi setiap produk serta merekam jumlah besaran liquid yang telah ditransfer untuk kebutuhan produksi sehingga memudahkan operator dalam pengoperasian dan memonitoring proses mesin Kata Kunci : HMI, PLC, Auto dispensing, Database, Datalog
