Abstract
Nowadays, induction motors are mostly used in any industrial sectors due to its reliability and lower cost maintenance. Preventive maintenance performed in order to minimalize induction motor fault. Almost 60% of induction motor fault caused by bearing failures. Bearing heater is the answer of these problem to minimalize bearing failure and ensure bearing mounting is in safe condition. This is used in GMF Power Services unit but it can not be used due to there are fault on control system. The solution is replacing with 20 kilograms variac and voltage regulation performed in manual mode and need operator. The writer is giving solution with design 1 phase ac – ac converters which can be controlled by STM32F746G-Discovery microcontroler to maintaince desired temperature and voltage. By the result, this converter is using TRIAC BTA-06 than can perform voltage regulation from 0V to 220.93 V by regulate TRIAC firing angle in range 0-100 degree. It can be achieved with constant input voltage 220 V. Triac firing mechanism starte according zero crossing detection. Designed zero crossing detector can detect zero point of input sinusoidal voltage with 50 Hz line frequency. Designed zero crossing is using IC TLP-521 and have 100 Hz output frequency or twice of fundamental frequency. This converter can supply power on bearing heater transformator and heating bearing 6319 C3 with output voltage 222.93 V and output current 2.29 A during 6 minutes and 38 seconds. Keywords: bearing heater, AC-AC converter, zero crossing, microcontroler STM32F746G- Discovery Saat ini motor induksi banyak digunakan di sektor industri dikarenakan performanya yang handal dan biaya maintenance yang murah. Diperlukan upaya untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kerusakan motor induksi. Hampir 60% kerusakan motor disebabkan oleh bearing. Pemanas bearing merupakah jawaban untuk melakukan pemasangan bearing secara aman. Pemanas bearing ini digunakan di unit GMF Power Services, namun dikarenakan kerusakan dari rangkaian pengendalinya, maka tidak dapat digunakan. Sebagai gantinya, harus digunakan variac 1 fasa dengan berat 20 kg dan pengaturan tegangan dilakukan secara manual. Penulis memberikan solusi berupa desain AC-AC converter dimana pengendalian tegangan dan suhu akan dikendalikan dengan mikrokontroler STM32F746G-Discovery. Satu fasa ac – ac konverter dengan TRIAC BTA-06 dapat meregulasi tegangan keluaran ac dari 0 V hingga 222.93 V dengan masukan tegangan 220 V konstan dengan cara meregulasi sudut penyulutan triac (firing angle) dari 0 hingga 100 derajat. Pendeteksi zero crossing mampu mendeteksi titik nol dari tegangan ac masukan dengan frekuensi 50 Hz, dan zero crossing yang dideteksi dengan memanfaatkan IC TLP-521 memiliki frekuensi 100 Hz atau 2 kali dari frekuensi fundamental. Konverter mampu mencatu daya transformator pemanas bearing dengan memanaskan bearing 6319 C3 dengan tegangan 222.93 V dan arus 2.29 A dengan selama 6 menit 38 detik.
